I'm wondering if Dan's schedule was over-conservative! It seems to me that, with a siding crew working outside, the plumbers and electricians working simultaneously inside, and the speedy response Dan seems to get from his subs, they're gonna shave whole weeks off of this timeline. The above red color represents work I think is done to this point, some of it well ahead of schedule.

Wow! It looks wonderful, guys! You must be so excited! We are so happy for you. I can't wait to see it finished next summer. When do they expect to have it completed? Now you have to fill it up with furniture! There is never any end.
